Trnd is a fashion trend discovery app operated by Trnd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Trnd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trnd. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Impersonating another person or creating a misleading profile is not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you post on Trnd — your photos, videos, captions, and links. By posting content, you grant Trnd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app and in marketing materials related to Trnd.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You confirm that:

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of Trnd.
Creators on Trnd can add shop links to their posts. These links may generate affiliate commission when followers make purchases. Trnd facilitates this through its short link and click tracking system.
You are responsible for ensuring that any shop links you post are accurate, safe, and compliant with the terms of the relevant retailer. Trnd reserves the right to remove links that are flagged as unsafe or misleading.
Affiliate earnings are calculated based on tracked clicks and confirmed purchases. Trnd does not guarantee any specific level of earnings.
Trnd offers paid subscription tiers (trndsttr+ and trndsttr pro) which unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Subscription prices may change. We will give you reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.
The Trnd name, logo, app design, and all original content created by Trnd are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written permission.

Trnd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for the content posted by other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trnd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Trnd shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app via Settings → Privacy → Delete account. On deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Trnd after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes we will notify you via the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
